Trauma types
Everyone has trauma (emotional wounding) to some degree. Therapy helps with every trauma type especially EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and trauma focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). The behaviours that reduce stress help reduce trauma too (good nutrition, sleep, exercise etc).
